Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the SwiftSpend mobile application and its companion Telegram bot (“the App”, “SwiftSpend”), operated by Ashrafulla Atadjanov, an individual developer (“the Developer”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The Service

SwiftSpend is a personal finance tracking application that lets you record income and expenses, set spending limits and savings goals, track debts, view analytics and forecasts, and receive optional reminders through a Telegram bot. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using SwiftSpend, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

• You may sign in by linking a Telegram account or by continuing as a guest (anonymous account).
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of the device and any accounts used to access the App.
• If you use guest mode without linking Telegram, you understand that your data is tied to your device and may not be recoverable if you delete the App or change devices.

4. Your Data and Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the financial information you enter.
• SwiftSpend is a tracking and informational tool only. Spending forecasts are estimates computed from your own historical data and are not guarantees. The App does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Any decisions you make based on information in the App are your own responsibility.
• You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.

5. Subscriptions

• SwiftSpend offers optional premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions: monthly and yearly.
• Core features remain free to use.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
• All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s policies.
• You can restore previous purchases using the “Restore Purchases” option in the App.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding the data you enter), is owned by the Developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the App without prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services including Supabase, Telegram, Apple, and Railway. Your use of those services may be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any data will be preserved without loss.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from within the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
